My program guidance please

#1

Hello Everyone First I want to say this site is great, full of information and there are so many helpfull supportive people on here. I have been reading on here for well over a year and decided to post since I think I need some guidance.

A little about me. I am 36 yrs. old 5' 6" 126 lbs. I have 3 kids and had 2 miscarriages. I only breastfed my oldest and I don't think i could produce enough milk to keep up with him. I started my period when I was 14 and it was never regular. I would go 2 sometimes 3 months without having a period. If i would have been sexually active I would have been worried all the time lol. Anyway the doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me so they put me on the pill. It made me very emotional and VERY depressed so got off it after 3 months. I was a small B up until my first successful pregnancy which I was fine with (I was very tom boyish so didn't care that much about breasts) I got to a very large B small C with all my pregnancies. Before having my first child I would get yeast infections and bladder infections quite often. Haven't gotten any since my first child. Now my periods are still weird i get it every month but I will have a 28 day cycle for a few months like clockwork then out of the blue it will change sometimes it will be a week early, sometimes a week late, sometimes it will go for 6 days then stop, sometimes 6 days then stop for 2 days then a dark red brownish discharge for 4 days. I also am nauseous, bloated, constipated, irritable, confussed, easily stressed, emotional, forgetful, unable to concentrate, mood swings, headaches before, during, and after my peiod there is probably about 10 days out of the month I don't have some of those symptoms. I have had so many test done and gone to a specialist nothing is wrong in that area. I will not go on birth control because it either makes me very emotional and depressed or gives me panic and anxiety attacks and I smoke (trying to quit). I have been on 2 different pills and the nuvaring and they all did that, the nuvaring was the worst terrible panic attacks.

This is what i have done and am doing to grow my breast. For a year i did nothing but chi massage with olive oil I believe that took me form 33 in. to 33.75 in.

My mearurements now
30 in underbust
33.75 over bust
33 above bust
My goal is 36 across my breasts nothing more.

I now do hot and cold water in the shower in the morning, 360 chi rotations and tigerlily massage once a day, what i massage with is
3 Tbls split between olive and avacodo oil w/
1 tsp. fenugreek powder
1 tsp. wild yam powder
1/4 tsp fennel
1 whole hops
steeped for one week and eucalypsus oil added to that. I put that on 2x a day and break open a vit e cap and apply that to my breasts once a day. I also take 1 chewable vit. c and 1 gelatin cap. and do blaketalks whenever I can. I also mix that with coco butter lotion and apply that under my breasts on the weekends because I like the smell of coco butter and I am around more people then. I try to get more protein in my diet. I drink one coke a day and drink alcohol about one day a week.

Should I add something or remove something from the massage oil, raise or lower my amounts. I don't really want to take anything internally. Although I am thinking of adding zoft gum to my program after I quit smoking. I avoid soy since hypothyroidism runs heavily in my family.

I apologise for such a LONG post. I thought the more info I gave the better. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Hello Angela1022,

The grocery list:
Greenbush kit #2
Twinlab Women's Ultra Daily
Nature's Way Kelp -- 180 Capsules
Carlson's MSM

1000mg caps:
Evening Primrose Oil
Flaxseed Oil
Borage Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A heated pad with a low setting.

Some of the problems you are having is due partly to smoking. If you want to begin having success with the other problems, they can be addressed, but to quit smoking would be item #1 on the list.

Thank You Wahaika for your response I will look into the things you mentioned, and try to incorporate them into my progam. Yes I need to and am trying to quit smoking. I warm up my bra in the dryer and put that on after my massage as I do not have a heating pad right now.

I also considered pc I have heard good things and bad things about that. Some people sware by it others say no it will stop growth and I don't want to do that. I didn't know if it would make a difference with me since I have had kids or if that matters at all. Thank you again.

I am one of those that think PC is a bad idea unless addressing a specific problem. Hot towels from the dryer would also be a good idea. One of the positives is that they do not restrict blood flow.

Good luck!

Sorry I have been gone for a while I have been very busy. Thank you Wahaika for your reply. I think i will hold off on pc for a while and try other things first and see what happens. Other then that I have nothing to report because I have been to busy to do anything with my program. I will post more when I have more to to post. Thanks again.
