I want to use a pm topical along with taking pm capsules.
So I was thinking, couldn't I just buy some pm powder and mix it with something?

It would be a lot cheaper and would last a lot longer than buying a tube of pm cream/spray.
I just don't know if its soluble enough, or if id be able to absorb it. (Its made for mixing in foods/drinks.)
I'm going to try it out regardless but I wanted opinions. Has anyone tried this?

It actually wouldn't be any cheaper... and you'd want to use liquid.

The carriers et al needed to help topical PM absorb at all adequately are part of what makes PM topicals so expensive. Trying to formulate your own cream with the appropriate carriers would prove to be more expensive than just buying it pre-formulated.
