Correct information.........

#1

Hi
I've found some info on the formum and would be grateful if anyone with the knowledge/experience could confirm the explanations are all correct. (I ask this because I posted something a while back and was informed all the info was incorrect), so before I decide what products to start using I want to make sure I use the correct one: Thank you Smile

Phyto-estrogens and the body's own estrogens grow the milk ducts, and push the nipples outward, causing the growth you can measure with the tape.

Phyto-progestins and the body's own progesterone grow the milk glands and the alveolas, rounding the breasts out.

Prolactin is the hormone that starts milk production, so it causes swelling. Permanent swelling becomes growth, because stretched tissue grows.

Many many thanksSmile

Thats pretty much correct. The only point I have an issue with, despite the fact that so many people repeat it, is " Permanent swelling becomes growth, because stretched tissue grows". IMO, that is only true as long as you keep taking/doing whatever caused the swelling in the first place.
If that wasn't the case, then every woman who has ever been pregnant would keep the greater volume caused by the prolactin swelling, and as we all know there is an unfortunate tendency for them to deflate and go saggy once breast feeding ends.
