natureday users!

Hi Ladies,

I'm kind of confused w/ the dosage on Naturday. I've been taking 3 droppers a day since 9/27. I got confused w/ 1 dropper meaning the actual 1 full drop of it...so I was taking more than 3/4th drop each time. So I'm on my 2nd week, should I drop it down to 2 droppers a day? or should I keep w/ the 3 droppers for another week and then drop it down? I've decieded to use only the liquid since amy and some successful naturday users here recommended that. Can any experts help me solve my problem? Thanks a lot!!

3 droppers is way too much!!!! 1 full dropper or almost full equals 30 drops. As far as I know it has never been suggested to take more then that, is there a reason you are taking 3 droppers?

If you are down to 2 droppers than I would suggest dropping down to one since you have already dropped it down. Otherwise you are going to stall yourself before you even get a chance to do anything. You should ask Amy if you have any concerns, she has gotten some good feedback and she might be able to explain this all better for you.

That's odd....Amy was the one who told me to take 3 droppers a day for a week or 2 then drop it down to 1 dropper a day and take 3 pills a day. Hmmm....I just got a response from her, she's suggesting me to now drop it down to 2 droppers a day.....well I haven't gotten any results yet in a week so maybe I need to be a lot more patience or maybe i am stalling.....hm......should I add anything else to it? I'm now taking 2 droppers a day am & pm. should i add any borage oil or other herbs?

No I am not taking Natureday - took for a short time, but not long enough to give it a full evaluation.

I want to take back what I said early: I realize now that I confused Natureday with something else, but its not NBE related (not sure what I was thinking). I know that 30 drops is in one dropper but Amy does say if want the best results to take 90 drops.

I think though its best to start of low and work up, rather then up and work back.

definately think it is best to start low and work up like henri said. dong quai does seem to affect some people's heartrate, as it tends to slow down heartrate. i know i started off at 90 drops the very first time, not considering this, and i experienced this. but once your body gets used to it, you can work up to 90 gradually. i take 90 drops and no liquid.

also...interestingly, i stopped taking natureday recently because i was seeing a naturopath and getting a hormone test. i used to have horrible pms...really, really bad...and i think stopping brought back the really bad symptoms i used to have when i was about 22 (before i was with my current boyfriend and on birth control). anyone have any thoughts on that? positive or negative? the naturopath said her guess is that i am estrogen dominant from the symptoms I was describing. And I know natureday is good for people who tend to have more androgens. I know being estrogen-dominant does not mean I do not have excess androgens. It has worked for me. I've had success with this product. So I was wondering if anyone has any thought about anything I've said. Natureday really does help relieve my anxiety, and the naturopath said that it would make sense with the Dong Quai. But I am going to keep off things until I get my test results back and hear her advice.

Am I wrong in thinking that the ingredients in Natureday tend to be more anti-androgen and hormone balancing and the ingredients in Wonderup seem to be based upon phyto-estrogens? Any thoughts on the two formulas? I know this has been discussed before some, but if anyone wants to add anything.

thanks ladies.....i started off wrong already...but right now I'm still taking 2 droppers & massaging.....should I start taking 1 dropper right now instead of sticking w/ 2? I don't if it's working but I feel that they are getting a little fuller but not bigger at all.

as for sophie's message....I would love to give you my thoughts but I'm just a beginner in this and I don't know anything at all about estrogen & androgen....i'm confused myself about those things....i hope an expert on this forum can explain in detail what those mean, how to determine it, and how to counteract it. thanks again!!
