Does the size of your boobs affect how well noogleberry works? I tried it in the past with no success. I used it for 1-2 years. Now that I have a little bit of breast tissue, is it worth trying again? Or would it probably be a waste of time?

Yes, I'm sure it does. I barely had any tissue when I started, and hardly got any swelling. Now after 8 months I get lasting swelling, and things are progressing much faster. If you still have the pump, there's no harm in trying again.
If you still don't have much tissue you're probably going to have to be more aggressive to see progress...noogling several times a day, snoogling, etc. But I feel like it definitely works if you find the right method for yourself.

It's noogling while you're sleeping
. Saves a lot of time if you can do it.

you know I used noogleberry for a few months with no success at all so I totally lost hope. I just pumped and released the whole time.
then I restarted and used the hold for seven (ish) minutes then release the hold again and release. within a very short period of time I actually grew to my surprise. I stopped doing that however because I was using a fair amount of pressure (not enough to break blood vessles like some) but more pressure than I feel comforterable with so I now use less pressure. I did loose the progress once I stopped but my gut feeling was to not pump so hard. It did work though!
