I am happy because I just measured 32'' for the first time!!!!
It is only my second month on pm, the first strict luteal program though.
I wasnt gng to measure till I saw major changes but hey. This is great Im only an aa and have a long way to go but this is very encouraging! I usually measure 30.5-31

Pm days 5-11 (bbt charting)
Low dose on day one and steady increase till my temp drops

Days 14-28
Placenta jelly, gelatin, NC supplement

Everyday arginine and organic baby vitamin supp drink
Still drinking soy....
