You can impress your boyfriend with big breasts but he'll just find someone else with even bigger ones. You are way too young to be concerned with this.

haha never change anything of yourself for any man include boy even more so he shouldnt even see them really he will not respect you if you do not yourself.

I think exercises will work.
You can try using more weight.
Do Push up.
If you gain weight and deposit fat in the breasts they will grow fast.
Eating junk foods and candy will only help in putting on sloppy weight.
