ANY ADVICE FOR A NEWBIE? PRETTY PLEASE?

Hi ladies! I am a newcomer to the forum and I want to start a NBE plan of my own but I have no clue on where/how to begin.

I am a 24 year old Asian 5'2, 95 lbs.
Bra size is 32 A

Now before telling me I have to gain weight if I want to see any growth in my breasts, please hear me out. I have gained weight in the past up to 115 lbs, but my breasts were the same size then as they are now! Not just the bra cup size but the fullness from when I hold them in my hands were the same. But when I gain weight, they obviously look smaller because the rest of my body is bigger. Also I recently found out that my bone weight is only 15.5 lbs so that may be why it is hard for me to reach 100 lbs and when I do I look a lot heavier than other women of the same weight.

I'm not sure about my genes because my mother is an A cup but my grandmother and aunts were C-D cups. My sister is a B cup and my cousin is a DD. The women from my dad's size are all B-D cup. Face-wise I look the most like my dad's side of the family, but I'm stuck with A cup breasts like my mom. My mom is about the same height and weights about 130 lbs and she is an A cup. That is one more reason I don't think weight gain will help me at all.

I have had one pregnancy from when I was 22 years old, though I never gave birth. During my pregnancy, my breasts did swell but so did the rest of my body. A couple months after my pregnancy is when I started to take PM.

I have tried PM from a product called "F cup cookie" from Japan. I don't believe it has worked for me. I went through some tough times and "overdosed" on it, I once ate a whole box in one sitting. This has led to some medical complications, my nose is constantly congested and my nasal passages are almost always inflamed. I've done some research and I've read that hormonal imbalances can cause this.
*What is a good product for NBE? Any pills you've used and seen results with? Please share! Smile

I have purchased the noogleberry, although I haven't used it regularly so I didn't experience any change in size. If any of you have used it and have experienced a difference, please share your routine for using it. *When, how often, how long, ...

My diet right now consists mostly of meats- beef, pork, chicken and dairy- cheeses, ice cream, whip cream, frappuccinos, ... I also love tofu, nuts, and some fruits.
I know I have a very unhealthy diet right now but if anything I thought those foods would increase breast size. I have tried sticking with a vegetarian diet consisting of whole grains, veggies, fruits, and nuts but that didn't help with my breasts, they only dropped my weight to 88 lbs. Currently, I mostly eat fried, greasy foods (fries, fried shrimp, fried chicken), sweets (cakes, chocolate, cookies, blended drinks), and meats.
*Do any of you think that changing my diet would effect breast size? I know I should be more concerned with my overall health and well being than my breasts (and I am) but this is a NBE forum so I am asking things related only to my breast size.

I do light exercises- walking, light weights, and yoga.
*Do you girls find working out the pecks help with your breasts?

I have tried the "massages". And I must say I felt like they were working but I think the massages just made me feel like they were bigger, or the change was not drastic enough because my bra size didn't change.
*Have you tried the massages? Did they work for you?

I haven't been single for more than 4 months in the past 4 years. I have sex at least 3 times a week on average. I know for a fact that sex doesn't effect breast size because there was a time when my boyfriend (at the time) and I had long, hot sex 2-3 times a day and my breasts were still at an A cup.
*Do you agree/disagree? Do you think that sex does effect a woman's breast size?

I know I wrote a looooong passage but I figured the more you know about me, the more help/advice/suggestions/comments you can share.

I have NEVER admitted it to anyone, but I do believe my small breasts have a huge impact on my self confidence and insecurity issues. I don't want to sound conceited, but I am pleased with my body (minus the breasts), face, hair, skin, ... I have done damage to my past relationships due to my insecurity. My past boyfriends have always told me that they love my breasts, but my insecurity kept telling me that they're lying. As you could imagine, this lead to all sorts of problems. My current boyfriend also tells me that my breasts are perfectly fine just the way they are but I don't think so. I try not to think that way but when I see my bare body in the mirror after I shower, I feel sad all of a sudden. It's hard for me to enjoy anything because I don't feel sexy/beautiful/womanly.
I just want to be happy. I want to really love my body and be happy in it. I want to wear sexy lingerie and really feel sexy (not uncomfortable) in it.
*Anyone else felt the same way before?

Hi Mink

I would suggest hypnosis for breast enhancement. There are two free programs on the internet called Blake Talks and Petite Morte (on a site called overflowing bra or check my personal program).

I have been using them for about 6 weeks and noticed some growing sensations and I also feel more confident about my body. If you can set your alarm an hour or so early in the morning and listen in bed I think it's worth a try.
