Please Help i have started using it 4 days ago. I do it two times a day and for 45 min. Each time plz. Help with suggestions and tips. ( noogleberry)

??? You're not really telling us what it is exactly you need help with. If you have used it already 2 times a day for 4 days, then you've used it 8 times already, I would assume you've done well at learning how to use it?

My suggestion, read all that you can throughout the forums, it's how most of us learned.
