Hello ladies
I have been on royal jelly for about 9 days. I was taking a huge dose ( 4000mg) and it made me ovulate again. I just had my period about nine days ago and its come again.
Yes I know its a large dose. I will be careful with my future experiments.
I am thinking that royal jelly could be useful to some as it apparently has estrogenic qualities: Maybe even for pre menopause or women seeking to have children. Just posting my experience so others can take something from it. Anyway.....
Should I do nothing and let my body work itself out?
