Blood work for hormones normal, what now?

#1

I have been on here as a guest doing research for a long time but this is my first post. I am 31 yrs old and wear a 34A (no idea if I'm sized properly but it seems to fit ok). I got pregnant at 17 and at that time I was a small C cup. Between my 2 children, we tried for 1 1/2 yrs to get pregnant after I went off the Deposhot. I wasn't having periods/ ovulating. They did a few labs and eventually told me I had PCOS. They started me on glucophage and I was pregnant in a month. After my second child I went back on the Deposhot and then Mirena. I had VERY rare periods on both. Over the last couple years I've had a few different hormones checked by blood test due to symptoms I have. The labs have all been normal, even to tge point where they decided I dont have PCOS after all. I've looked into herbs and hormones and stuff quite a bit. I've been to DrLee's site and taken the test on there which didn't help bc I had at least 2 boxes marked in literally every category. I had Mirena taken out about 1 mo ago and am not on any BC now (using condoms). I'm wondering if I should have my labs checked again now that I'm off BC, and is blood or saliva tests better (I've heard differing info on that). I'm just starting Noogkeberry and would like to do herbs but don't want to start them until I know my hormones are really normal or not. Any advice? I so appreciate anyone taking the time to read this! Thanks Smile
