Sag Risk? Breast Implants and High Impact Aerobic Exercise

#1

I have H cup breasts, partly due to my 492cc silicone gel implants. I also do a lot of high impact aerobics and running and am worried about bottoming out as a result of all this bouncing. That said, I'm a fitness enthusiast and I don't want to stop working out. I wear an Enell bra when working out and it's great at holding my breasts in place, but my breasts still feel sore after especially high impact workouts. I don't mean muscle soreness--I mean they feel sore from bouncing up and down (unless it's just that my workout bra is too tight and they feel sore because of that). I have tried working out in 2 Enell bras or 1 Enell and one regular cotton Old Navy workout bra, but either way, it gives so much support around my chest that I can hardly breathe, which is a problem when you're doing high intensity cardio or running 5 miles.

Does anyone with implants feel they bottomed out or got significant sag from working out? I've spoken with ladies online who feel that chest workouts are a major no-no with implants, no matter what plastic surgeons say, so I keep my chest exercises to a minimum--but I wonder if I should stick with stairmaster and low-impact aerobics (no bounce involved) in order to get the most out of my implants. I really don't want to have a revision for at least another decade. Thanks, all!

No offense hun, but this is a natural breast enhancement forum, the amount of members that have or have had breast implants on here are very minimal, and I don't think they had them as massively sized as yours. I think your best bet to get some good quality answers would be breast implant/plastic surgery forums, there are plenty out there, I know because I've searched them. I often read them to remind myself why I don't want implants, to do research on the newest ones they have, and I researched fat transfer surgery. I can't remember the forums names exactly, but I know they can be easily found with a few google searches, probably how you found this forum. But yea, most the members here who have experience with implants... have had them removed due to not liking them or complications. So not sure if you'll find the answers you need here, though I hope you do. Good luck!

Oh also, another good place to check for fitness related questions would be bodybuilding.com they have a forum with ladies that do figure competitions, so I know they would probably know more.

EDIT: a quick run through of the body building forum took me to this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread...=122848681 it has tons of thread links involving training and boob related subjects. HTH
