Total frustration

#1

Hello everyone. I am hoping someone can shed some light on this situation. I have been back into NBE for over 1 month now. I was getting really good swelling in the beginning, had cramping, boobs ached. I could totally feel something was happening. My period came and now everything is gone. I still pump, use heat, massage, subliminals, hyponosis and do everything as before. But now even pumping doesn't cause swelling. Is this a sign that my body is just not responding? I have read that some girls don't swell with NB and still grow. I try to get 2hrs per day of pumping, but usually its when I go to bed and I keep loosing suction. So I wake up and hour later with no suction. I am waiting on my test results to come back from my hair analysis I got through my chiropractor. This will tell me where my hormone levels are, and then I will take a look at supplements. My aunt had breast cancer so I'm sure the gene is somewhere in my family too. My last test showed I had to much calcium in my breast which leads to Breast cancer. So I wanted to check that out before I start with Estrogen, etc.

Show basically my question is do you all go through these relapses where you have no signs of growth at all. You basically have lost all you have worked for and don't know why?

Thanks wonderful ladies..

It's only been a month....

Really that isn't long enough to determine if your program isn't working for you. Your hormones and body go through a cycle before during and after your period. Of course it's going to be different after your period. Different hormones are elevated and some aren't throughout the cycle. So sometimes you will get growing signs during a certain week then another week you won't, NBE works by working your hormones during your natural cycle. When I'm doing a NBE program there is one week a month I get growing signs, the rest of the month I don't, that's how it works. I'd say give your program at least 6 months before determining it's not working for you.

Anastasia, Perfect! Just what I needed to know. I wasn't going to quit at all. I did Brava for 5 months before I had to give it up from skin rashes. So this time I'm in it for the long haul. At least I know now what is going on when I don't see any signs of activity. Next time I will have to chart my schedule. I figured I would start on supplements next month after I see where I sit with my hormones. Thanks a bunch.

Yea, I heard that about brava which is why I never went for it... plus I didn't want to spend that type of money nor the time per day. 10 hours a day for 5 months would have drove me insane. NBE is meant to turn into a habit, something that you do daily without much thought, otherwise it becomes to obsessive and from my experience has a less likelihood of working, so I can't see 10 hours a day as a habit.
