finally found one that works for me and really brings the blood up fast. using my finger knuckles instead of fingertips was the key 
and i have been using a spiratic all around motion up and down left and right and circles all over the breast area top under sides ect. during my shower and again while applying pc. idk if it would be good for someone with very sensitive boobs knuckles do hurt a little but it does cause some swelling faster and tingled like crazy when im done prob total of 7- 10mins . well enjoy if you haven't already
