New plan, already seeing results

#1

So I'm new and I just wanted to post a thread about my progress. I hope I'm not putting this in the wrong place, I looked around and this seemed right.

I'm 25, 34B hoping to get at least to C. Every woman in my family has DD or bigger, I just got shafted. Although I did end up with a huge bum.

I take supplements for hair, skin, and nails and recently added saw palmetto to my regimen. I started it for acne, but then I read in my herb reference book that it has been known to increase breast size. So now that it's in my head, I'm trying to get those larger breasts. So about a week or two after that, I added fenugreek and red clover. I'm just going to use these for awhile since I'm already noticing a difference. I am also massaging with jojoba oil, coconut oil and fenugreek.

For this whole week my breast's have been extremely sore and are swollen and my cycle isn't for another week and a half at least. I'm popping out of my bra! I don't know if it's genetics that is causing the rapid results or if I'm just extra sensitive to the herbs. I also feel like they're evening out, but that could definitely be wishful thinking. I'm going to continue on this plan for three to six months.

Anyway, I'm going to keep updating and hopefully I'll have good news!

Hiii . Good for you. ..and I wish you more and more growth.. by the way I'm thinking of using saw palmetto too... any side effects?

According to my herb book it states that saw palmetto has a positive effect on the urinary tract, prostate, hair growth(in men), and respiratory system, it is said to be nourishing to the reproductive system and can increase sexual energy, fertility and treats impotence.

Increases appetite! So I take breaks from the SP and just take red clover and fenugreek every 2 days or so.

It doesn't state any other side effects.

So my breasts are not as swollen and sore but still a little sore and the left one is still larger Dodgy I took a one day break yesterday and just started back this morning with fenugreek, SP and HSN vitamin.

Someone last night told me I looked thinner, haven't lost any weight so that's weird. Maybe it's all going to my boobs Tongue Wouldn't that be nice?

According to the flat to fab book i'm reading, it's a question of hormone balance. You need to reproduce hormone balance as if you were in puberty. Then you stimulate breast with massage.

Blessed thistle should be used. Why ? it helps to your liver, it will regulate your hormones, help eliminate testosterone and any anwanted like also xenosterone which is even stronger and bad for growth.

So I'm breaking out like crazy. I think it must be the fenugreek, anybody else had problems with this? I picked up some dandelion and burdock for the breakouts. I'm going to try and keep on this plan for a few weeks to see if things balance out. If not, I'm going to try some other options.

Hi veganesthie ..
I don't think fenugreek causes acne..since fg had improved my skin ...
I wonder if u had any butt/thigh growth ?Tongue

I did not have any noticeable butt or thigh growth, but I have stopped taking the fenugreek and since then my acne has completely cleared up.

So since I've stopped taking the fenugreek I haven't noticed nearly as much swelling but I don't think they've gone down in size too much. I've been doing a lot of chest exercises at the gym and more pushups so I think that has helped.

I think I'm going to buy the Insanity workout DVDs because one of my clients was raving about it. She had been doing it for about a month and she said she had lost 5lbs and got her running mile down to 9 minutes from 11.
