I had some great growth with pueraria mirifica and MSM.
I have taken a 4 month break from pm including from birth control my weight went up and back down 20lbs.......but i still kept my 43 plus inch bust so i kept everything!
So now Im pretty sure my growth is real i would like to restart nbe just to get a few more inches aiming for 3 or more.
I want to try either a Fenugreek or Bovine Ovary based program but cant decide any ideas?


i did try just fenugreek for a month and it gave me good swelling, but im really interested in BO.
One important thing is i really like to keep my programs simple no more than 2 added supplements.

If you only want to take 2 supps at a time I would suggest BO. Fenugreek works best when paired with 2 or 3 other herbs, massage is a must!!!!!, and the combination is important too so all in all a program where fenugreek is your main herb is a bit more complicated. I've never tried Bo though but I've been on a fenugreek based program and it's been working great.

Since fenugreek is such a weak phytoestrogen u might be able to take it with BO but once again I never tried it.
