I don't mind doing hard work, but I know how I am with exercising. I would really be disappointed if I got great results and they went away when I stopped.
Any good exercise suggestions if so? Just massaging right now

Well,
According to me that yoga is the best and permanent exercise for fitness of the body
and health.Vitamin E so good for the health one of the important Vitamin E benefits
is that it can help protect cells from damage.

Exercise is never permenant but its always good its like you can't work out then quitand expect to stay strong.
