L-arginine vs L-lysine

#1

Hello ladies.

I have a question for you wonderful girls, hopefully you can help me.

I have been reading up on the effects of l-arginine and L-lysine and helping with human growth hormone.

I'm wondering if anyone has used L-lysine over arginine, and has seen results. I know they are both the amino acids that help HGH, but is one superior over the other?
I would just suck it up, and use arginine, but unfortunately due to a virus I've been living with for two years, I cannot use arginine, as it will exacerbate my situation.

Thankfully I found out the difference before I started using it. But again, has anyone seen results with lysine?

Any answers would be appreciated!

There is no real such thing as a "superior" amino acid over another. There is a certain balance that needs to be achieved and maintained, and if you've got that, don't worry about it.

IF you feel you should supplement your protein, do so with whey isolate or casein.
