I've been noogling for about a week now, and recently I have been getting some tingling when I noogle but only in my nipples. Is this normal? Good/bad? The nipples themselves do not look like they're getting bigger (which is good!
)

I been doing the Chi Massages and my nipple have been sore all week.
i hope that means growth as well. I don't think i massaging to hard.
I just started taking herbs yesterday to sustain the growth if any.
ima newbie i jus started like two weeks ago.

You're talking about the Chi rotations? How long have you been massaging? I just started last night; I'm glad to hear that it's having some effect for you!

I've had tingling before... and as long as your not seeing any skin damage around the nipple...

They look fine once the swelling goes down. I won't worry about it, then.
