Thanks Joe. This might seem like a stupid question but I just want to be clear. When you say to put the cream on your skin, I'm assuming you mean on the breasts, but do you mean on skin in general like my arm?

The label says you can put it anywhere: breast, wrist, arm, or wherever. IIRC softer hairless spots are preferred but anywhere works. Then it gets into your blood and circulates everywhere.
