I wasn't quite sure where to post this thread so I may repeat in other forums..
Anywho, I have been reading into how cigarettes effect the hormones. I know typically all NBE products recommend staying away from nicotine and caffeine. But I wasn't sure why other than both can make you have trouble keeping your weight up. Both have a tendency to either curb your appetite or change the way your body holds on to calories.
However it seems through my research that cigarettes also have a negative effect on the endocrine system. Causing cortisol levels to be out of wack and exhausting your adrenal glands. Which then can lead to other sex hormone imbalances. Cigs basically put your body in a constant state of stress..
What I am wanting to know is if any habitual smokers (1/2 pack a day or more) have gotten good results through NBE.
I am a pack a day smoker, and have tried many NBE methods. Including a good PM program for 5 months and have gotten 0 results. I am about to start on a semi complicated BO program when my cleanse is done. I am trying to find out if the whole thing will be useless if I can't quit smoking.
Please please don't lecture me. I have tried MANY times to quit and will try again. But for right now I would love to see some responses from smokers on their progress/ results if any.
Sorry to be a rambler!

Shh I really want one don't remind me
Yes I thought it was because estrogen and smoking are bad for circulation like some birth control they advise against for smokers.
But I got my best results smoking a just a few a day I used various supplement s for circulation but I did stop because of more noticeable veins this went away after a while of stopping.

Hi!
I am with BO since months now and I can tell you felt the "bump" in the effects of BO after I stopped smoking cigarettes and switched to vapors.
I don't think it's the nicotine the problem but all the $#@% that's inside a regular cigarette.
By the way... I feel much better without cigarettes! And I was like 20 cigs per day.

there is a "kitchen " remedy to help you quit within a week. as follows;
1 tbsp of
cream of tartar powder (no,not tartar sauce) and mixed in one glass of orange juice per day for one week. the orange juice helps mask the flavor of the cream of tartar powder somewhat. i say one week for best results. cravings should lessen after 3 days
supposedly it only takes 3 days for chemicals to leave system. after that, it is all psychological dependency/mental conditoning; stressed= smoke, after you eat = smoke, etc.
i have used this method before and it works.
cream of tartar powder can be purchased at your local supermarket in spice aisle for around 4 dollars or more. McCormic or durkee brands etc. i have tried it with other fluids but, trust me orange juice is best.
