I stupidly ordered uncushioned XL Bosom Beauty domes because my size M domes were way too small and the cushions have right angles on them which digs into skin. So I thought I would be fine without cushions, but the XL domes are so wide that I cannot get a seal no matter what. I tried camper's tape but this turned into a fiasco—I couldn't figure out how to start/stop the tape in a way that didn't leave a space for air leakage, and when I tried to take off the tape it came off in foamy chunks and left a ton of sticky residue everywhere.
So now I'm back to square one and could use some advice please! Any ideas? I'm desperate to find a way to reduce the diameter just enough to get a seal.

I wrap a bit of bubble wrap around the top edges of my noogleberry domes to prevent getting ring marks on my upper chest. There is probably an easier way but this kind of works for me. I would have had to give up if I didn't use any form of padding.

Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. It seems no matter what I do, I'm not even close to getting a seal.

It took me a while to get it to work - the first few times I couldn't retain a seal. Now I think it works because the bubble wrap is so oily. Other people have tried yoga mat material and plumber's pipe insulation.

I've taken domes that were too wide..... heated them with a heat gun or over a stove till they become soft and bent the edges inward till they are the right size.... you have to be carefully they don't get too soft or you melt them... and wear gloves because they do get real hot.... like wise I have taken domes that were too small and flared them out a bit till the work for me... allows me to get a bit more use out of them...
