Maybe digestion/assimilation also has to do with it...some people digest carbs better.
Lol, could be bloody digestion indeed..I ate very little carbs trough out my life...its only upon recently I started eating a bit more of them..and It gives me diarrhea..but it could be from other foods...I just often have it..:S But I had highschool friends who ate loads of carbs(big lunches, I ate nothing back then) and both were blessed with big bossoms, so I'll keep on trying!

The healer Hildegard von Bingen (1098 - 1179) recommended parsley wine to strengthen the heart and circulation. Parsley contains essential oils, Bioflavonoids, provitamin A and vitamin C.
Ingredients: 1 l of white wine, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 15 stalks of plain parsley, 100 g of honey.
Preparation: Heat the ingredients with the roughly chopped parsley and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and leave for an hour with the lid closed. Bring to a boil again, strain and fill hot in a dark bottle. Drink a glass of this wine after dinner.
