hello was just wondering what are all your thoughts on wearing padded bras frequently and if there is any effect on NBE growth ?

If you are squashing them up then yes I think it compromises growth. I did that for years and it pushes excess breast tissue into your armpits too. Plus you need to keep circulation going so if its tight bras that are pushing and flattening your boobs to get that boost look youre not allowing fresh blood and nutrients to the boobs if you want them to grow. Plus you need to keep the lymphatic flow going under you arm pit for detoxing purposes and most of these bras cut and push into that area so the blood cant flow through.
Ps I can look down at my breasts now and the flattest part of them IS the parts that my push up bras flattened to order to push them together. Its a gutting realisation

What about fat redistribution massage? Don't they advocate scooping and massaging to the area, and wearing a relatively tight bra with wide band ect to keep all the fat there? Which would also reduce circulation

Yes it is confusing but that said I prefer to err on the side of caution
And you can still make those work by not wearing them as tight and making sure you can easily slip a finger underneath the band and in the cups. Its not as effective granted but I do it and it works with some adjustments during the day. You just don't want to block your lymph under your arms from carrying toxins away.

Its push up bras that are the worst because they crush your breasts into a strange shape even more if the band is loose and cup too small it reduces breast circulation and will gradually push breast fat towards armpit. When you fat brush and wear a tight band you should wear a percectly fitting to slightly big cup so its not really reducing circulation much to the breasts it just prevents fat from moving back to the arm pits because there's no pressure to the breast the under wire should go around not into any breast tissue.

Which type do you consider "the best" related with breast growth?
Trainig bras, soft cup (non wired) bra...I don't want to compromise growth!! thanks!!

padded bra´s and push up bra´s are just two different things, I´d say. We all know how sore breasts are... after wearing a push up all day. Then again, I look at all them fat butts in tight jeans. The body doesn´t seem to bother and will pack where-oh-ever he wants to.
