Through the last days I've read a lot about Maca, which is supposed to build permanent breast growth and butt growth and which also is supposed to help having more energy and libido.
I'd really like try it and maybe include it into my daily routine.
But I'm not sure about it because I'm just 18. I know that its recommended to test your hormones before taking any supplements- I'll probably do that in 2 weeks, but I have you opened bottle with Maca capsules at home, which are probably 2 years old, but the only will go worse within this or next month. The capsules contain 350mg Maca each.
So do you think I can add this to my routine without problems?
I read that it's recommend to take 1000mg at first and then slowly increase it to 2000mg, then take a break at week 6 and cleanse.
What about the powdered maca? How many spoons full of? How many g? 1? 2?
