hi everyone! I'm new to NBE but already have some concerns and wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
I've been on estrostep for a little over a month. I've been drinking a mint tea combo that has spearmint in it for the past week. I've noogled once. I've been eating yogurt every morning with ground flax seeds. I've been eating more and trying to eat more estrogen laden foods. I've been massaging my breasts whenever I get a chance. Definitely over 300 rotations FDM a day. After reading many threads, I've made 2 massage oils. One potent mix of flaxseed oil and fenugreek. I put a LOT of fenugreek in it. For only the past day I've been applying it to my breasts. I applied it and even just put my bra on. After the second or third application yesterday, I suddenly felt a terrible onset of cramps. I'm only 4 days into my cycle. They didn't feel like cramps during a period. I could feel pain in both my ovaries. It lasted for hours. thisornong was better but i could still feel a tinge of pain. I didn't take the BC last night because I was too startled.
I'm really worried. I want larger breasts but I don't want to make myself infertile. Has anyone had any experience with this? Or can anyone offer any advice?
