Post your starting measurements~!! And your beginning program <33

Wink

Hi All,

I've decided to go all in and commit to a program. I tried it in the past when I was 22 or 23, but never stayed committed. My breasts are rounder and sexier, but haven't reached the fullness outward or on top that I want yet.

This time I'm adding into the mix: Booby Stacked/Flaxeed oil, hypnosis (Blake talks), alfalfa

And taking out fennel seed and saw palmetto (saw palmetto made me nutty). Also not on birth control, so purely working off my natural hormones. I'm alpha female, so have more testosterone than most women, I may need to research that and figure out the balance for that for the next few weeks

Bubblebra inspired me to start. Let's see how this goes!! And make this happen! 34D envisioned and ready....Big Grin Started 1 week ago.

Starting 34 B Bra/Goal 34 D

29 Underbust
33 Bust
31? Over bust

26 Waist
35 Hips

Also, using booty stacked, working out every other day religiously. My goal is 36/37 Hips and 25 Waist.

Love you guys! Happy growing xoxoSmile

Welcome!
First If your underbust is 29 a 34b is very wrong for you you should never add inches that's not going to fit you well, you should only be able to fit 2 fingers under the band or its not going to support you.
Try 30d it should be much better or 32 c (if you can't find 30).
Its important to get this right at the start.
I don't know much about booby stacked if its the pills I recommend buying herbs separately it works out better value and often mixed pills are too low a dose, if its the lotion I think a couple people liked that.
I don't understand why you think your testosterone is high?
But you could try spearmint tea as an antiandrogen its sometimes in the spices section of the supermarket.

Hi Bonita! Thank you for the welcome <3

I tried 32C and it's really really tight on the band. 34 B's always sit really well, sometimes not filling up as much as I want, but that's why I'm here! Smile

Also, I did an official measurement using a very precise calculator and my exact measurement overbust, underbust and but, and it said 34B. So I'm going to stick with that.

I will look into your suggestion on spearmint! Both my parents had high testosterone and I do too. When you measure your ring finger, it can give an indication. Mine are high, or bad, just higher than most women. I have a very tone, muscular figure and is more difficult for me to put on fat, not impossible, but difficult;Wink I've been putting on my goal weight though Big Grin so pleased!!

Again thank you thank you thank you for feedback! XO

That's so weird I cant wear 32 because its too loose in the band and they move more than braless and my underbust is 30 I guess it would be 'comfy' if my breast weren't bouncing the band around. The band can feel too tight if its new, just put on but thats good or if the cups are too small. Most calculators do the outdated method of adding inches for bandsize you really have no need for calculator for bra haha there's no calculatoion except estimating cup 1 a , 2 b, 3 c, 4 d etc estimating because there's no way one measurement can measure breast volume and shape compared to bra the band is all simple though closest band to measurement.
haha and vs fittings are the worst just in case that's your problem.
Oh I looked up the finger thing it says im a homosexual woman or straight man I'm not I definitely prefer men and I tried both.
