I just joined this site, though I have read some of the forums before when I was doing research.
what actually made me join, was everyone's signature, their starting breast size and what they are now, I thought "how are women doing this? they're actually changing their size, what are they doing that I am not?"
I would love to brain storm some ideas on how you got more growth, what steps have you taken that have made such a change?
A bit about myself, I am 24y/o female, I have always been big breasted (full 36C) and tbh I never had an issue with my size- I actually liked my boobs. In 2012, I lost a TON of weight and it seemed to be in my sexual areas (breast, butt, tummy). I was 136ishlbs at 5'8" and went down to 120 without change of diet or exercise! My lowest cup size was barely a B, and since my breast were already on the bigger side, loosing the weight there made them look "empty" & they looked weird o_O Still to this day, I have no idea what my issue was-- I think my hormones are messed up, I dont know what else it could be?..
It took 2 years but I got my weight back up by eating right, taking vitamins and now trying maca root supplements to balance my hormones and it's also said to make you more curvy.
I have heard things like BC for hormones, maca root, rubbing on flax seed oil, foods with estrogen and progesterone, massage and fennugreek are good, which are options i'd like to try.

small 34b
now:
small 36c
anyway, any input is appreciated! and I am looking forward to hear what worked for you guys thanks for taking the time ^__^
