Hi, i'm 18 - currently using fenugreek + saw palmetto + red clover extract and applying it topically on my breast. I can't stand the fenugreek smell, is there something i can swap it with or a brand that doesn't have the smell? And has anyone had success applying these extracts topically instead of taking it orally? if you do what combinations do you use?
