Hi GBH and welcome!
Since every body is different, there is sincerely no single best generic plan.
Firstly, find out where your hormones levels are. A professional medical panel is best, but I know there are many folks in his board, myself included, who can't afford it, and there are online tests you can take, answering questions to get a general picture of your hormone status.
Once you've got that, here are a good place to start:

Supplements
If you're estrogen deficient/progesterone dominant/testosterone dominant, the fenugreek OR pueraria mirifica tracks might work best for you.
If you're estrogen dominant, research bovine ovary.
Also check out massage, hypnosis and NBE foods/nutrition.
It's all about balance, and that's going to be extremely individual.
HTH!
