Hello everyone!
I am a 21 turning 22 year old cisgender woman with PCO. I have first found this forum when I was looking for natural ways of treating tuberous breasts (which surprise, surprise, is a symptom of PCO along with other "wonderful" things). I refuse to accept that plastic surgery and lifelong consumption of unnecessary drugs as the only ways of addressing the problems I have.
First and foremost, I aim to be a much healthier (physically and mentally) person. As horrible as it sounds, I think that your body does very much reflect your health in some way. I know my fat body, acne, irregular periods (that is periods that do happen every month but have varying durations) and to some extent, tuberous breasts are quite unhealthy. Not to mention, having depression and anxiety.
I started mitigating these problems by having a low carb diet and reducing my food intake. I used to eat a lot of sweets. XP
For my workout regime, I do bodyweight strength training along with cardio for 1 hour, 6 times per week. I do hope to include one more day but only for stretching as a form of active rest instead of having a full rest. If that isn't a good idea, I can just have one dedicated rest day like what I do right now.
I will eventually do weightlifting one day though but for now, I'll just focus on building my strength and burning fat the frugal way.
I probably won't start taking BO (or other things that are high in progesterone) until I move out of my parents' house; they can be quite nosy with things I buy. However, I'll start doing breast massages to loosen up my tuberous breasts in the mean time.
Current stats (will definitely change as I continue on my fitness and NBE journey):
Height: 152 cm (5'0")
Weight: 65.3 kg (~144 lbs)
Bust: ~34A (I might have measured wrong and will adjust accordingly)
Despite the measurement, they are not full for very obvious reasons. I can wear a 36A bra though.
Waist: 78.7 cm (31 in)
Hips: 100.3 cm (39.5 in)
For my NBE goal, it's not so much of getting big breasts. It's more about getting rounder and fuller breasts. With regards to measurements, I'd love to have a waist that is 10-12 inches (maybe more but I doubt that my genes would allow for that) smaller than my hips. That way I can get a more hourglass-like figure.
Thank you all for making such an awesome space! I look forward to getting to know you and of course post about my progress. Just not with pictures as I'm uncomfortable with taking them. Don't want people I know IRL to find me.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
