Hi there,
I'm doing high intensive workouts in the gym twice a week. Lately I told my trainer that I think I have wide set breasts and ask him to pick out some exercise that will make them closer. Now, I'm doing one that looks like chest flies but the dumbbells are not parallel to my body but perpendicular.
Has any of you already done this or other exercise for bringing the girls closer?

Could you share the technique of the excercise? I saw your measurements and immediatly went measuring myself since your weight and lenght is so close to mine(mines: 1, 72 and 53,5 kgs) And we differ just centimeters everywhere, so funny! above my knees its 35 cm my upper thigs on the fattest part are 45 cm. My breast are 79 cm under breasts 72 cm. My waist is 66 cm and my hips measured on the bone are 79 cm Its al so close to your measurements! Same bra size too, well goodluck

I use dumbbell of 3kg each. I'll let you know the number of reps I'm doing in a few days. I believe they were about 25 in 4 sessions with 1 minute break but I'm not quite sure. I'll pay attention more on my next training. By the way, around the bone I'm 84cm.me and you have Quite a difference between fattest part of the hip, even the rest is pretty close

So last time I did 4 super series of bench press with 20kg, 7 lifts and then the flat dumbbell press with 3 kg per dumbbell, 25 lifts. Break between super series was one minute.
