Interesting article that points to ginger being a companion herb to bovine ovary. Plus other info on herbs and their affects.
I know cinnamon is another warming agent...wonder if it is synergistic with ginger or works against it.

Tanya,
Ginger has many benefits, I use it sometimes to give T a boost when I know I need it. Meaning it raises serum T levels nearly 18% (1 teaspoon), I think the net effect is a corresponding increase in LH (which boosts T). Research says it improves sperm motility, Libido, and dopamine levels.

That was not what I was hoping to hear :p
The last thing I want to do is raise my T :p u want just to raise my body temp with something pleasant tasting ....I did have a nice cup of crystalized ginger/ cinnamon stick/ oolong tea last night.. was very warming and delicious. I have took my temp two hrs later and found it up by two degrees..( I tend to run below 98.6 degrees alot).
I have been on ionized iodine/ vitamin A regimen to bring up my tenp as welll.. I suspect my thyroid is very sluggish
