Hello! I am new to NBE and I am starting on my NBE chiyomilk plan next month Smile

I would like some advise on how to take PM.
Should I be taking the same dose from day 1-13/14? or should I slowly ramp up the dosage?

Oh! I just ordered PM ladies 99% and whitex. should i be taking whitex through the whole cycle?
