Boron anyone?

I just read in a supplement book that Boron causes the body to produce natural estrogen. Has anyone has tried Boron? Were there any results? Or would this be something that works synergystically with other things?

I've studied chemistry and biology and I thought it was poisonous!! Usually used as a preservative.
This link looks promising:

This one not so promising:
(obviously a lethal 15g is a lot, I don't think you'd do that accidentally!)

Would be interested to hear if anyone takes it....

I agree with the above commenter.
An addition of boron would be toxicity.
It seems like some of us go to the extremes just for the sake of tits. Please, lets not poison ourselves with these "supposed findings."

It's not toxic when taken at the right dosage, which is 3mgs. I take a trace mineral supplement that includes that amount.

Boron is actually a vital mineral that is required for the normal growth and health of the body. It helps to reduce menopausal symptoms so it has a specific benefit to women there.
