Hi all, been reading this forum for a while so finally made the step to join :-)
A little about myself
I'm a mum of two and am keen in heath and fitness. I take really good care of myself and family and have managed to get back to my lean body in 2015. Sadly having kids took it's toll on my boobs.
They were lower and lost volume. I was a C before kids, but after, was barely a B. In the past I tried a lot of things but found focusing on a few specific things which I found worked, allowed me to get significant results. I call a Cup size significant.. to me it is because I got lift and firmness back too.
I still have some way to go but thought this might be a good place to share my experience so far :-)
