Like tiny burst blood vessels like I got during labor. I know they will fade, but do I skip the pump tonight or can I just take it easy on them without making them worse?

Well I didn't get this until after I pumped. Lol I applied heat before I started and taped down my nipples and there was no discomfort and they actually look better probably because of the heat. I will never forget tape and heat again. They both make such a big difference!

could be broken capillaries I would halt all suction until they disappear and pump with less vigor.perhaps a gentler suction?
