Just came up on this thread for inspiration. (Been slacking all winter/spring). My two cents:
After extensive research for about 2 years on Maca-
When I got growth last year I was using Navitas Maca and mixing it with protein powder. The protein powder was a chocolate flavor so I would freeze it a little in a to go coffee mug and take it wherever. I would sip all day but moreso after a workout.
