I read a book on NBE that said you could either use MT or PC. Also, I was wondering if it's safe to use PC without making sure you actually have a deficiency?

They aren't substitutes for each other, they do totally different things. MT is a mild estrogen, PC is actual progesterone that you apply to your skin for transdermal delivery. It's basically a this one works for some people, and this one for others, as a part of cycling to avoid messing up your cycle, which is also a case of mileage will vary. Some girls seem to do fine with no cycling at all.

Thanks AbiDrew. I thought so. I believe the book meant to say either of them makes NBE herbs work that much better.
