I found a breast exercise app. You can pick which exercise or exercises to do from a list. I'm thinking about alternating a few of them for 2 days, then take a day off, then on 2 days, and so on.
Do any of you do exercises like pushups, or anything else?
I also downloaded some ab, leg, and butt toning exercise apps.
