As far as breast enhancement pumps go, the only ones that seem to work are those that are made for pumping milk from your breasts. If you really want larger, natural breasts then you will need to artificially "convince" your brain to secrete the necessary hormones such as prolactin ( which starts milk production in the breast ), which will cause your breasts to become larger. If this is what you want, then invest in a quality-grade, home use breast-pumping machine.

I disagree. Fooling your breasts into lactating is a temporary fix. And milk breast pumps are not good pumps for breast growth since they only cover the nipple. Vacuume assisted tissue growth is the principle behind all the vacuum systems and its proven to work. Long term.
