I've browsed many threads on this forum and have come across a lot of mixed answers. I'm not sure what the common consensus is as to what it safe, but also effective and inexpensive. Opinions would be appreciated it. I'm looking for both pills and creams. Thanks!

I've used Barlows (available from Amazon). but the favorite is Ainterol. They have the extract, pills creams and spray.
I dont remember the dealer that actually has the stufff in the US but its here in one of the threads. The other has it shipped in from Germany and it takes forever.

Oh man, the price...

I've heard that Barlows is incredibly weak and possibly not legitimate PM at all, how did it work for you? Until I manage to get myself a job, I'll have to settle for one of the cheaper brands, even if less effective. Thank you for the response, btw! Did you use the pills or the cream?

Pueraria spray from

I really like the spray. 2 squirts on each breast each day. massage it and away you go.
I can feel it working, and thats wonderful for me.

Glad it's working for you Bobbi. The spray didn't seem to help much if at all. I have never tried the pills but swear by the extract. But, the U.S. distributor evidently don't have it in stock.

It took 12 days to get my order and yes, it did come from Germany.

I figured it would. It took mine about 3 weeks, but it was close to Christmas as well.
