Okay so I bought the contoured large from noogleberry and I had been ising it for over a week now. But the issue is it left like red circles and dots all over my breasts and i massaged them and put arnica on them but it just faded a bit. I will continue doing that but well I am a size 36D, Im less than 110 pounds and im 16 so i thought it fitted me when i first used it, you know it had a few air leaks but a lady here told me that starting your journey with a contoured cup might do that so i didnt mind it and the air leaks disappeared in two days but instead since i have a skin that is highly irritable, getting all red and bruised from the slightest bump anywhere i didnt mind it when it got a little purple too. But it didnt disappear so i also heard that it might prevent your breast growth so I stopped noggling and basically kust massaged it with bruise cream. So my question is, how should I use the noogleberry and when should I use noogleberry. Plus if you have any suggestions for my red purple breasts and how to get rid of this as fast as possible please tell me because im actually really scared right now...

I'm not sure if there's any quick solution to your red and purple marks. Ice packs are effective with bruising, but only when used in the first 24 hours, so this would be too late for you. I suggest applying warm compresses to the area and gentle massage to try and speed the healing.

Or use lighter suction and work your way up if needed.

With suction there are a few factors to consider: moist skin use a cream, time less now and build, pressure start low build up. For muscle soreness bengay, ice for bruises.

Stop pumping and try to gently take a hot and cold shower..look up hot and cold therapy about how to do it..some say shock your body other approaches are more gentle..i would go for a gentler approach but hot and cold therapy is about a temperature shock obviously so gently try it out. And dont overdo it i dont think thats whats your body need, just try once and see if you notice any improvements or worse. Then adjust.
