is there a type of bra thats best to prevent it? push ups? full cup? or just a well fitted bra? or something that is meant to suit your breast shape?

Also when i try bras on i fit a few different ones (but all slightly differently) what should i really be looking for? Something that keeps my breasts neutral where they usually lay? Or something pushing upwards? Inwards?(my boobs are slightly wider apart). Im not sure and i dont trust going and getting my boobs measured etc anywhere.
