Hey everyone !

I've decided to try taking some saw palmetto to try and help with my breast growth but I realize I ordered saw palmetto berries (the brand is nature's way). I now realize that I was supposed to order saw palmetto extract. 

Should I just return the pills I've bought? Or will the berries help? If so, how much should I start out with a day? They are 585mg per pill.

Hi I would return the berries because you want only 100% Saw Palmetto and not any extra ingredients they add to the berries!
