No, I don't think you need the foam rings either. If I remember correctly your breasts touch the sides of the domes and if the cups aren't hurting you, you don't need them. I was surprised how the domes really stayed put when I tried the foam rings but personally, the rings end up filling up lots of the space inside the domes, covering the outer breast. It gets super tight in there!
I had never heard of IGF...it sounds more natural than synthetic hormones but I would do lots of research first if I were you...
