Hello ladies,
I'm new here and I will soon start my NBE program with Swanson ovarian glandular, pituitary glandular and kelp. I was wondering which kind of cream should I use in order to support the BO routine and to massage my breasts with. Should I buy one with volufilline, voluplus etc, or a hormone-based, or should I make my own? Which is more effective/fitting with BO in your experience?
I should also say I am 23 years old, and my bust is less than a AA cup, it has always been since my period first started when I was 12. I have a Iodium deficiency and low blood pressure linked to a slight form of hypotiroidism and that is why I'm adding kelp.
Any suggestions are accepted!
Thank you and good luck to you

Hey. If you want to use something use volufiline or similar not hormone based one or just oil. No phytoestrogen with BO, bo helps your body produce E so you dont want to clog your receptors with phytoestrogen. I use isosensuals brand it's on the expense side but doesnt have nasty ingredients in it so worth it but there are some other cheaper ones. It absorbs pretty quick though so unless your massaging for a minute or so you'll probably need an oil of some sort to massage with.
I have low blood pressure and cold/hands feet think thyroid problem but have seen small gains but be very patient its not instant and when you start small it takes a while to see changes so commit to it and be patient. You have youth on your side too which is a bonus. Remember protein. And keep clear of phytoestrogen while on BO (taking or eating). Xox

Thank you very much for the info! I was thinkng about buying Gluteboost, have you tried it? It should also help not developing stretch marks. But yes it is on the expensive side. I will do some research on oils since it seems they are such an important part. :*
