I got my progesterone (as well as estradiol due to bc) levels tested and they came back normal.

Is it a good idea to use progesterone cream for my tuberous breasts anyway? So far, I'm using subliminals and massaging as much as I can.

I'm a bit hesitant on Bovine ovary since I'm on certain meds , so what else can I consider?

You might want to check with a medical professional about taking the BO since you are on other medication just to make sure there isnt any unexpected results
