For nearly a decade I suffer from a chronic dry mouth condition. I was already tested to see whether I have diabetes several times but I don't, so I just constantly drank water (no matter how frequently I'd drink water my mouth/throat would still be dry even though I'm not thirsty). When I started taking PM (Barlowe brand) my mouth is no longer dry and I don't have to sip water every five minutes anymore. I'm not quite sure why this is the case, maybe my body responds well to estrogen? But even when I was on birth control pills (combination of estrogen/progesterone) I still had the chronic dry mouth symptom. 

I'm not sure but it's definitely an added benefit for my NBE journey " alt="" title=""> 

Anybody else with unexpected positive symptoms while taking PM?

Estrogen is very important to the functioning of the saliva glands, so it does make sense that taking PM could relieve a chronic dry mouth.
