New starter here and thank you for having me!

I have very low expectations so whatever I get will be amazing!

After some advice I am on 1800mg fenugreek, 3000mg Saw Palemento, but messed up my order of pueraria mirifica and have 400mg caps instead of 250mg.

I am in progesterone implant.

The PM I am taking almost every second day, and noticed tenderness and aches almost immediately.

Nothing else, anything to be worried about? I saw here on another thread that I should be supplementing with calcium?
